02 How is Prisimm different from WordPress?
WordPress is a generalist CMS used by millions of sites worldwide. Prisimm is built around AI-assisted authoring, brand-aware drafting, structured content blocks, and Cloudflare global delivery from day one. The Prisimm for WordPress plugin (Q4 2026) will bring Prisimm's formatting capability to existing WordPress sites, complementing rather than replacing WordPress itself.
03 How is Prisimm different from iASP?
iASP served Enotia clients reliably for nearly three decades. Prisimm is the next-generation step in that lineage: AI-native authoring, structured content blocks, live multi-resolution preview, full version history, and global edge delivery on Cloudflare instead of a single legacy server. 04 Do I need to know anything about AI to use it?
No. You describe what you want in plain English. Eddie handles the drafting, structuring, and formatting. If you can write an email, you can manage beautiful content drafted by Eddie and formatted by Prisimm.
05 What happens to my existing iASP-powered Enotia website?
Legacy iASP-powered websites will not be available for continued publication from the end of 2026. For continued publication, iASP-powered websites must be migrated to an alternative platform before the end of this year. All affected clients have been contacted directly.
Clients choosing to remain under the Enotia service umbrella with a new generation redesigned website published within the new Enotia Cloudflare-backed delivery platform, with optional Prisimm content management integration, should contact the Enotia team as soon as convenient to make formal arrangements.

07 How do Eddie and Prisimm work in practice?
Eddie and Prisimm are accessible via secure login to your Enotia Prisimm account. Your account provides full access to the records in your Prisimm-enabled content sections to add and manage with Eddie's assistance at every step of the process. The Prisimm-enabled content sections of your website and the layout elements Prisimm can apply in each section are tailored by Enotia during the production process, so Eddie knows exactly what information is required when drafting content for you.
Eddie is your dedicated, brand-aware content director. He has full context on your business, your tone of voice, and the structure of every dynamic area of your site. You ask Eddie to draft or rework a piece of content; Eddie produces a draft; you approve, edit, or refine; Prisimm formats and publishes.
08 Is my content and brand data kept private?
Yes. Your content is stored in an Australian-hosted Cloudflare D1 database under Enotia's account. It is not used to train third-party AI models. Eddie's context (your brand voice, business background, site structure) lives within your site's private configuration. You retain full ownership of your content at all times.
09 Can I still edit content myself, or does Enotia do it?
Both. Prisimm includes a modern editor with the Markdown toolbar, Atomic Content Blocks, Bundled Australian English spellcheck, and Live Preview for adding and managing records in Prisimm-enabled sections of your website that require regular updating such as news, events, case studies, specials and promotions.
10 How much of my content can I edit?
Prisimm and Eddie are able to manage the records in the Prisimm-enabled sections of your website, which is part of the migration and production process. Wider edits, such as changes to trading hours and other occasional edits outside of the Prisimm-enabled sections, are included as part of the Enotia service agreement, which is available via direct request lodgement in your Prisimm portal account or via email or telephone.
The beauty of this is that you cannot break the structure of your website, and you cannot make fundamental changes that might be inconsistent with your brand or other areas of the website. That is all carefully maintained and controlled by Enotia. All you have to do is manage the individual records in the content sections you need to update. No more accidental deletion of an entire website section by mistake.
11 Will my SEO and existing URLs survive the migration?
Yes. Migration plans preserve your existing URL structure, page titles, meta descriptions, and content. Where structural changes are needed, 301 redirects are configured so search engines and external links keep working.
12 When will the WordPress plugin be available?
Q4 2026. Prisimm for WordPress will bring the same Eddie-powered drafting and structured content formatting to existing WordPress sites, as a native plugin.
13 How much does Prisimm cost?
Prisimm is part of your Enotia website service. For long-term Enotia clients, the upgrade is effectively at no cost. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
